BOOKING ACCOMMODATIONS EARLY

Our wedding is the same weekend as some of the big Dartmouth College reunions, so we anticipate that hotels will be booked up quite early. Hanover, NH, where Dartmouth is located, is a town near our venue and does not have many hotels. If you're planning on staying overnight and not using the hotel room block (see below), please consider booking earlier rather than later to guarantee a spot. If you're staying at the hotel with a room block, don't worry about booking too early, reservations will be open until the beginning of May!

LOCH LYME LODGE

*All cottages are now booked. Unless someone else has already made arrangements for you, there is probably not space, unfortunately. If you'd like, we will put you on a waitlist in case space opens.*

We've rented out the whole site for the weekend and would love for you to stay with us! There are 20 cottages ranging in size from studios to four bedrooms. The cottages are in nature and are more rustic than a traditional hotel experience but nicer than summer camp cabins. If you are afraid of a few cobwebs and doors that don't lock, this might not be for you. There are many other lovely inns and hotels nearby! Some cottages have full kitchens while others just have mini fridges. All cottages have at least one bathroom. The cottages don't have AC, though hopefully we won't need it in the lakes region in June. Each cottage has about one electric fan per room.

If you'd like to stay in the cottages for the weekend, please indicate your preferences for size, cottage mates, etc. on the RSVP form. We will check with you to confirm before assigning your cottage. We hope to fill the cottages as efficiently as possible. Payment can be made to us via check, Venmo, or Zelle once your assignment is confirmed. Click here to see the list of available cottages and pricing. HAMPTON INN WHITE RIVER JUNCTION

25 minute drive from venue

We have a room block here with rooms that have a king bed and a sofa bed for $249/night + tax or two queen beds for $249/night + tax. Please book your rooms by 5/7 which is when booking will officially close. You can also call and mention Eric and Maddie's Wedding to be a part of the room block.

Local inn that is about a mile away from the venue with 20 rooms. They do not do room blocks, so book this soon if you would like to stay here.

5 minute drive from venue

Local inn that is about a mile away from the venue with 15 rooms/suites. They do not do room blocks, so book this soon if you would like to stay here.

VIA PLANE

Boston Logan International Airport: The largest and closest major airport to the venue. It takes about 2.5 hours to drive to Lyme from here. There is also a bus that does the drive in about 3 hours.

Manchester Airport: A much smaller regional airport. It takes about 1.75 hours to drive to Lyme from here.

VIA CARPOOL

VIA BUS

From Boston: The Dartmouth Coach leaves several times daily from Boston Logan International Airport and South Station and drops off in Lebanon and Hanover. It takes about 2.5-3 hours. If you need someone to pick you up from or drop you off at the bus station, we might have people available to help! Just let Maddie or Eric know.
